We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented schedule consultant who wants to strengthen our team at the Payroll Center. In your role, you will work closely with the municipality's payroll consultants and managers, providing important support in matters related to schedule administration.

The Payroll Center is located in pleasant premises at Luleå Service Center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented schedule consultant who wants to strengthen our team at the Payroll Center.

You will ensure that the scheduling process runs smoothly and generates accurate schedules based on the needs of the organization. You will ensure that the scheduling complies with labor law regulations and contributes to creating security for both managers and employees.

The role also provides you with the opportunity to drive development projects within the schedule administration area - there is room for both improvement work and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and a heart for structure. You have a good understanding of labor law and see the importance of following laws and agreements in schedule management. You are accustomed to working digitally and have an easy time prioritizing and planning your work towards set goals.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and are comfortable working towards deadlines. You are a team player who is loyal and engaged and has the ability to make the complex understandable for others.

• Academic degree or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience in personnel planning and logistics.
• Good digital competence.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
